The mullite sand (powder) of the Company is produced from natural sedimentary kaolin of high quality through sintering, picking and processing. It can be used as the alternative of quartz and bauxite sand and powder for precision casting. This product has high refractability, low expansion coefficient and reliable chemical stability. The wet strength, hot strength, collapsibility and other indexes of the shells made from such product meet the desired requirements; the castings made from such product are easy to leave the mold, do not deform or shrink, having a good smoothness and a high rate of finished products yield.
